Bent Hamers new feature, Home for Christmas will open in Toronto in September. The European opening will be in San Sebastian the week after.

Last January scriptwriter and developer Mike Byrd lived isolaten in a small cabin i Holtålen, Norway to research and develope an epic script from the Great Scandivanian Winter Wars in 1718. He has now teamed up with producer Rick Tucker from Tucker Family Productions.

Award winning Norwegian Film Director and Producer, Bent Hamer has chosen the Mid Nordic Region as location for his next feature, "Home for Christmas". Shooting starts the 2nd week of November and we suspect that Mr Hamer will have the film finished in time for the Cannes Film Festival 2010...
